Our standard minimum is 500 units per style, per colourway. Reorders of an approved design can go lower — talk to us and we will find a way to make a small run work.

Typical lead time is 10 days for a sample and 20 to 30 days for bulk production after approval, depending on quantity and decoration. We confirm a firm schedule in your quote.

Yes. We always recommend a physical sample for new designs. You check fabric, colour, sizing and logo placement, sign it off, and we match that exact piece in production.

Vector files are ideal — AI, EPS or PDF. For embroidery we also accept a high-resolution PNG or JPG at 300dpi. If you only have a low-resolution logo, send it and we will redraw it for you.

Digital mockups are free. Physical samples are charged at cost plus freight, and printing or embroidery plate fee is credited back against your bulk order once it is placed exceeding 5000pcs.

It depends on your artwork, quantity and budget. Screen printing is cheapest per unit at high volumes, embroidery gives the most durable finish on caps and aprons, and DTG suits full-colour, low-volume designs. Tell us the brief and we will recommend the right one.

Yes. We sew in woven brand labels and care labels, attach swing tags, and can supply printed polybags, belly bands and mailer cartons so your order arrives retail-ready.

We match Pantone references for both fabric and ink where a stock colour is close, and dye to a specification for larger custom runs. Send us your reference and we will confirm the closest match.

Yes. We ship worldwide by air or sea, either to your address and offer door-to-door service with the help of the freight forwarder. We prepare commercial invoices and packing lists for customs.

Standard terms are a 40% deposit to book production, with the balance due before dispatch. Repeat customers on regular orders can arrange extended terms.

Yes, and they are our fastest route. We keep your approved sample, artwork and specification on file, so a reorder can go straight into production without a new approval round.

Yes. If you are deciding between cottons, canvas blends or apron fabrics, request a sample kit and we will post swatches and stitch references to you.
