Who we are

Apron Bag Caps is a manufacturer of custom printed and embroidered textile gifts — cotton bags, caps and aprons — based at No. 180, Jiulong Ave., Luohe City, Henan, China. We are the business that decides how the information you send us is used.

What we collect

We only ask for what we need to quote or produce your project. When you fill in a quote request, an order enquiry or the newsletter form, we collect:

  • Your name and company or brand name
  • Your work email address and phone or WhatsApp number
  • What you are interested in — product, decoration method and estimated quantity
  • Any deadline you give us and the project notes you write
  • If an order goes ahead, the delivery address and contact details needed to ship it

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry with a mockup and a quote, to prepare and produce an order, to arrange shipping and customs paperwork, and — only if you subscribed — to send our monthly sourcing newsletter.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your details to anyone. We share only what is necessary: with the couriers and freight forwarders who deliver your order, and with the platform that hosts this website and stores our enquiry records. Those providers act on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer details for as long as your project or account is active, and afterwards only for as long as we need to meet warranty, accounting or legal records requirements. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe.
